We want all of our customers to be satisfied and return to shop with us. Therefore, we will work with you in any way we can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date*. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in new and resalable condition. Returns will be credited back to the credit card the item(s) were purchased with unless otherwise instructed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will certainly accept any damaged or defective merchandise for a return or exchange.

* - We understand that there are times of the year (i.e. Christmas) when you purchase something as a gift and cannot return it within 30 days. We understand this and will certainly allow you to return or exchange merchandise within a reasonable amount of time in these situations.
